4. HOW DO I CANCEL A NIGHT AT A VBH?
Your final Vintage Boutique Hotels reservation will be made through booking.com
Check the booking.com cancellation policy. Usually, the guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel within 1 day before arrival. If the guests do not turn up for the reservation, then they are charged for the price of 1 night as the no show penalty (same as the cancellation fee).

6. WHAT ARE THE VBH COVID CLEANING GUIDELINES?
To ensure a clean and sanitized environment for our hosts and guests, Vintage Boutique Hotels has developed new deep-cleaning guidelines in collaboration with industry experts. These guidelines outline the necessary cleaning practices for hosts welcoming VBH guests into their hotels.
The guidelines cover the following key areas:
Preparation:
Wait the recommended time before entering the home, as per local guidelines.
Have all necessary cleaning products and equipment ready.
Wash hands thoroughly before entering and wear protective gear.
Cleaning:
Sweep, vacuum, and clean all floors.
Wash hard surfaces with household cleaning products and hot water.
Launder linens at high heat settings.
Follow manufacturer instructions for cleaning soft surfaces.
Empty rubbish bins and do all dishes.
Avoid touching your face while cleaning.
Disinfecting:
After cleaning, use a clinically-approved disinfectant on surfaces.
Keep the surface wet for the recommended duration.
If possible, allow the surface to air dry.
Use one wipe or sterilized cloth per surface.
Use household name products with a germ-killing guarantee.
Reviewing:
Thoroughly check all surfaces to ensure cleanliness.
Pay extra attention to high-touch surfaces.

7. WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Payment is always taken upfront and will go through Booking.com. They will charge your card for the total price of the booking when you book. If you're looking for more info about your payment, check your confirmation email.

8. ARE THERE ADDITIONAL CHARGES OR FEES?
Once you enter your dates and number of guests the total price shown is inclusive of all taxes and fees, so there are no hidden costs. The only exception to that is if you add any additional services e.g. housekeeping or fridge fills. You might also be required to pay a fee for pool heating or to bring a pet which will be listed in the 'home truths' section on the listing.

9. CAN I CHANGE MY PAYMENT METHOD AT A LATER DATE?
Since we take payment upfront, it is not possible to change your payment method at a later date.
