The Art Deco Historic District in South Beach
You can soak in the sun while peering at the marvelous Art Deco skyline at Lummus Park. Its signatures are prominent in many hotels of Miami Beach, like Beacon South Beach and the Colony Hotel. Standing out with their stylish designs and neon accents.
The Clevelander South Beach is another leading Art Deco building, known for its iconic parties. One of the tallest buildings, a party spot for celebrities is the Delano South Beach. Another classic that opened its doors in 1940, the National Hotel is applauded by its infinity pool. Enjoy a meal and gaze at the Art Deco in Lincoln Road, a 10-block area with restaurants, bars and shops to pick up souvenirs.

Española Way
In a 10 min walk, take a journey back in time through Old World Europe in Miami’s Española Way. String lights, palm tree-lined pedestrian street, sidewalk cafes, buildings made with chalky pink stucco, spanish tile roofs… it is the most charming throwback of South Beach.
Option 1
If you feel like an italian bite, stop at pane & vino to enjoy handmade pasta. Feel cozy like you’re on the inside of a loving Italian grandma’s house. Start with beef carpaccio or bruschetta paired with an Italian wine. Move onto one of their sumptuous pastas. The tagliolini pane e vino made with black squid ink tagliolini, lobster tail, shrimp, cherry tomatoes and arugula.
Option 2
Stop at A la folie if you feel like a french creperie. A charming and secret French café with a cozy romantic garden and bistro seating. The menu includes ranging sweet and savory crepes, from classic strawberries and nutella, to dijonnaise made with chicken, potatoes and creamy-mustard-pepper sauce. Enjoy classic french dishes and varieties of salads!
As you traverse Española Way, you’ll encounter boutiques, art galleries and gelaterias, as well as more restaurants, including Hosteria Romana, Numero 28 Pizzeria, Piccola Cucina and Mercato della Pescheria which will be opening in late June. You’ll notice another historic boutique hotel, Casa Victoria Orchid.
